What Leadership is
How you lead when a situation calls for a choice
Mosaic Leadership is a diagnostic built on real leadership situations. Instead of asking how you describe yourself, it presents a scenario and asks you to choose how you would act.
There are 40 scenarios, 10 in each of four domains: leading yourself, leading people, thinking and acting. Your choices show how your leadership repertoire is distributed across these paths.
The four domains
Leading yourself, leading people, thinking and acting. Each scenario belongs to one of them, and all carry equal weight in reading your result.
What it is not
It is not an exam or a performance review. The options are equally valid and there is no right answer: what matters is what you would actually do.
What you get
A report of your result, available as soon as you finish, to reflect on your choices and plan your development.
From results to reflection
Inside the report
The report brings together the distribution of your choices across four domains and reflections on your leadership repertoire. It can help you prepare a development conversation, choose a focus and consider other ways of handling a situation. It does not establish ability or predict performance.
For you and your development
For leaders and people who want to reflect on leadership decisions, with or without a management role. Coaching, mentoring and development conversations can use the report as a starting point, without treating choices as an evaluation of ability.
With specialists and companies
For companies and specialists, the report can support feedback and development conversations. An organization follows participation and results only through authorized access. Do not use the assessment alone to approve candidates, compare personal worth or decide promotions.
Access and pricing
Applications use Mosaic credit. Current prices and conditions are shown during purchase before confirmation. Signing in or answering does not mean access to the result has been unlocked. For invitations, result release follows the inviter's policy.
This assessment is not a clinical or psychological diagnosis and does not measure mental health. It turns answers into information for reflection, not definitive labels.
How it works
Before you begin
You will see 40 leadership scenarios, each with different ways to respond.
- 1Read the scenario and choose one option: the one closest to how you would actually act.
- 2The options are not scored as grades and are equally valid. There are no right or wrong answers.
- 3Choose what you would do in practice, not what you consider the ideal response.
Your choices are saved throughout the diagnostic. You can leave and continue later from where you stopped.
